MoDOT is Connecting with the Community. The Missouri Department of Transportation, District 4 has always made an effort to include women and minorities in our operations, contracts and training opportunities. Now MoDOT deepens this commitment with the opening of its new Community Connections Office located in The Shops on Blue Parkway. This new office affords the community better interaction with MoDOT because it is centrally located in the city and allows easier accessibility. Outreach personnel staffed in this office will be involved in employment, construction contracting, procurement and outreach activities. The facility will have kiosks available for submitting on-line employment applications, a conference room for meetings and access to a larger room to conduct training exercises. MoDOT District 4 is pleased to be a part of the community.
